Our provider will review your account over the next 24 business hours to approve, or deny your treatment plan. You will be refunded the cost of the treatment if your treatment plan is not approved.

Provider's business hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. If you have submitted a treatment request outside of these hours, our provider will address your request first thing Monday!​​

You will receive an email with your tracking number within 2-4 business days after your medical visit. Once approved, your treatment will be shipped! Please allow approximately 7-10 business days to receive your medication.

Depending on your State and our partner pharmacy, packaging and medication label designs may look different than those shown on our website - the medication is still the same.
You can view your account in the customer portal. To make changes to your plan, submit a request using our contact form and a representative will make your requested changes within 24 hours!

If you would like us to provide you with the written prescription, or for your medication to be sent to a specific pharmacy please email us at this time at medical@dermatologistprescribed.com notifying us of this request. Please note that many of our medications are for compounded formularies so a retail pharmacy may not be able to fill those prescription treatments.
