No, at EasyDerm we pride ourselves on transparency and the treatment plan cost you see on each page is the total price for that treatment plan. The price you see includes the doctor visit fee bundled into the cost of the treatment!
To cancel, or restart your treatment submit a ticket through our contact form and a representative will address your request within 24 business hours!
You will only be charged if your application is approved. You will be refunded if your doctor disapproves your treatment.
To request treatment refills either send our team a request through the form on our Contact Us page, or email the medical team at medical@easyderm.com.
Billing
We mail you a 2 or 3-month supply of medication depending on the treatment plan.
The medication options available at checkout are based on the answers you provided in the medical questionnaire. If a medication did not show up at checkout then you are not a candidate for the medication through our online platform based on your answers.
If you have an adverse reaction to the medication then stop the medication immediately and contact your primary care physician. If you are experiencing worrisome symptoms then call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room.
At some point during the medical questionnaire, one or more of the answers you provided ruled you out as a candidate for prescription medication therapy through our platform. For example, you may have answered that you are pregnant when the medication is not suitable for pregnant women. If you received this notification then we recommend following up with your primary care physician.
Medications
You can expect your shipment to arrive within 7-10 business days after your treatment has been approved by your physician. You'll receive an email from no-reply@easyderm.com with your shipment's tracking number - this tracking number is typically generated 2-4 business days after you've placed your order.
If you haven't received your tracking number after 4 business days, please email support@easyderm.com.
We don't charge for the cost of shipping.
If you haven't received you medication within 7-10 business days (Mon-Fri), please submit a ticket through our contact form or email support@easyderm.com. You can also find your shipment's tracking number in your email inbox (please also search your spam/junk folder).
If your medication arrived defective or damaged making it unusable, please use our contact form to submit a ticket for replacement or email us at support@easyderm.com.
Medication containers and labels may look different depending on the partner pharmacy we send your prescription to. This is dependent on your city and state. The actual medication itself is still the same!
For medication we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds once the medication has been shipped. If you'd like to cancel an order for a full refund prior to shipment of the medication please email support@easyderm.com. We offer free replacements if you receive a defective or damaged product. If you need a replacement please send us us an email at medical@easyderm.com.
Shipping & Packaging
Check your browser's security settings or try a different browser. Some browsers limit camera access, and this access needs to be manually allowed. Make sure you're not using a VPN - some anti-virus/firewall applications aren't compatible with the camera.
Try reloading the page and re-submitting. If you're still having issues try a different browser, or take the survey on a desktop device.
Check your spam folder - some email providers may send emails to your spam folder.
Yes, all information submitted through the medical questionnaire, including pictures, is private and is only seen by our medical team.
The checkout page is not compatible with incognito, or private, browser modes. If you encounter a blank screen please copy the URL and paste the checkout page URL into a non-private/non-incognito browser page.
